"The worst place to rent"

I'm new to the app booking.com and so I was trying to book a room for my family in Show low Arizona, but I didn't realize that the location was at Comfort inn and suites Pueblo Colorado, and I pressed the payment button. It was at the Comfort inn and suites in show low az. Office that I was told about my mistake. I tried calling the Pueblo comfort inn and suites, but the manager was very rude and wasn't trying to help us at. I work daily jobs right now and I save enough money to visit my disabled daughter who is staying at a group home in Show low, AZ. I rent a room and she stays with us, I usually buy her what's she needs or wants which isn't much but I try to work with what I have. My older kids usually pitch in also, so that helps too. So I don't have money to lose, I ended up just paying for another room at comfort inn and suites in show low Az. Because we were all tired and didn't want to look all over for another motel..They charged me a big deposit and I still haven't received it yet, I checked my card yesterday and still nothing... I hope this will help someone else that has trouble with booking.com and just to warn you that Comfort inn and suites in Pueblo Colorado treats their customers, now I'm waiting for the comfort inn and suites in show low az to return my deposit. I hope they will read this and return my money because I can't just throw all that money away. Feeling upset in Phoenix az

That the properties at both locations of Pueblo Colorado and Show low az, are both having trouble with treating customers and returning my deposit.

It wasn't busy and was easy to find. The room was extremely large.

They charge $100 incidental charge. Our room was right off of the main lobby. We heard doors shutting all night, it felt like. The ceiling looked like it had mold or water damage painted over. When it was time for me to check out the front desk staff were no where to be found. I ended up leaving my key cards on the counter. They were both outside smoking. When the air was on it vibrated the whole room.

Everything was fine except breakfast was cold and waffle iron did not work correctly. On a good note, manager was able to fix the clothes dryer so we could get a load of laundry done. Since this was the most expensive hotel on this trip I expected more
