One of the worst holiday inn hotels we have ever stayed at. Customer service was sub par and if you have a choice of other IHG properties…go there

Good location, good breakfast, staff was friendly.

The room smelled horrible, it was dirty with food food crumbs on the floor and dirt. First room we were assigned has a door that seemed loose and cracked open all the time. We switched rooms and the new room was dirty.
