Quality Inn I-70 at Wanamaker

Staff was friendly, just an average hotel.

We have stayed at Quality Inns many times and this hotel, while not the worst hotel we’ve stayed in, was certainly the worst Quality Inn. I blame myself for not reading the reviews but here goes. The front desk person was very competent and friendly so that part makes me give it a 2/5 rather than a 1/5. I’ll also add that I’ve stayed in many places around the world and am not picky. However, the first room we went to not only had people inside but I embarrassed them and myself as they were naked. Going back to get a second room, I saw the occupant of the first room storming toward the front desk. Anyway, the second room was hard to unlock, and once inside, smelled very musty so I opened the window but the screen was ripped and so I didn’t want mosquitoes inside. There was a wet rag on the floor as well as stains on the carpet, broken tiles, old furniture and that stale smell. The breakfast didn’t come close to some of the great breakfasts we’ve had at Quality Inns many times — old, frozen butter, bad toaster, prefab eggs and sausage okay. Bad cereal selection, no oatmeal or yogurt, only white bread and plain bagels. I didn’t trust that the cream cheese wasn’t expired but ate some anyway — it tasted stale. The coffee was weak as well. Other than that, there was plenty of green areas for our dog to do his business and am happy that Quality Inns take dogs. And I’ll read the reviews next time I

The staff were great very friendly. Candice was very nice. Richard also very nice.

Breakfast could of been better situated,pool and hot tub were not in working condition. Are air conditioner would not cool down.

The room was spacious..that about it.

The lights didn't work. The lamps were not plugged in. Could not make coffee in the morning wasn't plugged in plus no coffee pot. Now the real problem, the TV, didn't work some one had taken the wire to the TV to the box .so no TV. Plus there was something on the floor..I will not stay here again. The lamp shade was bent up. It was my wife birthday

So the reason I chose this hotel was for the pool an spa however the spa was broken an the pool was so cold 🥶 it was a 80 degree day probably been warmer to go jump in a lake! The beds were hard felt like you put a little foam padding over a piece of plywood an called it a day! The biggest problem booking showed one price an I was charged 50 dollars more then what was quoted on booking as final price with taxes an everything!

Nice staff at both check-in and check-out. Some concerns in our room and throughout the hotel… Our smoke detector was not connected, sitting below the television, and battery was dead. They are supposed to be hard wired, so if 1 goes off they all go off. Vending machine not working, ice machine not working. Carpet dirty throughout the building. The hotel needs some updating. It smells dirty in the hallways, room was better. Fire extinguisher in the hallway is not current. I always like to say something positive, so I will add: bath towels were nice and fluffy.
