Comfort Inn & Suites Kenosha-Pleasant Prairie

The property parking lot was being resurfaced and parking was very limited. Our room was on the side of the work being done and it was very noisy early in the morning which woke us up.

The parking outside the building was being resurfaced at the time of our arrival which limited parking areas very inconvenient. The inside of the building was OK. However, the man at the desk I felt was very rude during our stay and lied to my wife about the noise that woke us up in the morning and said it was race cars is making the noise however it was the machines cleaning the asphalt very early in the morning. The general staff was very good . The lady who was at the desk later on was very helpful, helped to fix the shade that was broken in our room. She was doing a very good job taking care of us and making our stay more pleasant The staff for breakfast time was also very good. Add an asset to your company.

Loved having two rooms

Location was great proximity to the highway.

The room had a very musty odor. We had the window cracked the whole time we were there.

It was very good. Just the right amount of items to choose from.

I like the cleanliness and location of the faculty. Staff was very helpful and polite. The other guess was friendly n polite. I really liked my room.

I didn’t like that my husband found what appeared to be a blood stain on the blanket
