"Great overnight stay, very handy location"

The room was great, perfect for our overnight needs. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was well catered.

Only a slight thing, I love my biscuits but biscoff aren't even a mouthful. An upgrade needs to be considered šŸ˜‰

Convenient location. Clean. Free parking.

Room 3 is freezing cold. The carpet is worn out. The hotel clearly know itā€™s a problem as they left an oil heater in there but it only helped a little bit. I do not recommend this room.

"A very good stop over on a long journey. If I was holidaying in the area I might look elsewhere."

Convenient for splitting journey between SE England and Scotland west coast. Excellent staff - good balance between being professional and informal. Very responsive and reliable.

Starting to look a bit tired in some areas eg torn / split seating in restaurant, worn carpet near end of life. A fair amount of expenditure required is on the horizon!

"Not at all restful having driven 3 hours to get there with a 4 hour drive next day !!"

Location

The room was really noise all night coming from a generator or something and the pillows were really hard and lumpy When questions about the noise a gentleman advised he was aware and he unsure what time it would stop - I asked to move but informed hotel full Next morning the lady on reception advised the hotel was not aware of the noise and would look into it ( a conflict )
