The Link Hotel Loughborough

The corridor carpets are in a disgusting state (a large number of stains had been cleaned leaving light patches. We were unable to get the subtitles (Captions) on the TV - this is important to us as we are both Deaf. There was no lift - think about elderly people

The hotel was exactly what I needed for a quick one night stay. The rooms were spacious and bright. Bathroom more than adequate. The doors, halls and general communal areas were a bit tired and worn - which detracted from what could easily be a very good hotel. Completed online check out, only to have to go to reception anyway to check out... This process is pointless. Overall - good, would stay again.

Friendly staff. Large rooms with comfortable bed and extra pillows. Excellent breakfast options. Plenty of parking and felt secure. Personally I don’t like fragrance being pumped into a room.

The hotel is conveniently situated for my work but the appearance and clenliness is not to good. Also I hit gi en a below standard room from what I booked. With the only excise of it was all they had left... well if I booked a certain standard room I expect to get it... not just any old room thats left...I wont stay here again im afraid..

Great hotel for the price, very straightforward. Clean and quiet rooms and a good breakfast.

Excellent room and spacious, fantastic

Staff brilliant. 1. Pity about lack of signs NOT displayed. We wasted several minutes looking for our room and then looking for the staircase down to the Ground floor. 2. On arriving in Loughborough, we missed the poorly displayed Hotel sign and drove round in circles, eventually asking a local resident for directions.

I liked the small but perfectly formed gym. The room was comfortable and perfect for the one night stay

Ìt was warm, comfortable, good size room, well thought out, nice bathroom. Next door to a Harvester too.
