Mercure Nottingham City Centre George Hotel

Location was great, right in the centre and close to a cat park.

The bathroom was very warm - I love a warm bathroom but even I found it too hot.

Tired. Poor coffee. Staff had no knowledge of local area. Room small with no opening window next to external fire escape stairs. Gym adequate but tired. Generally shabby with awful smell of BO in the lift. Ugh

We liked the location as it was on easy walking distance of the city centre and the staff were friendly and helpful

The tap in our room was wobbly, the bathroom door couldn’t open fully because it hit the bottom of the bed and there were cobwebs on the ceiling and around the window frame, the window looked out onto a brick wall

Very poor value for money, room dated and in need of maintenance/repairs and more cleaning

We have stayed here alit of times but we really noticed the difference this time . Our Room was very tired, small . The whole place needs a big refurbishment.
