Staff super friendly

Everything. The decor, the uncomfortable bed, the shit water pressure, the amount of bird shit on my window, the terrible pillows, the funky smell in the elevator. Just a god awful experience overall

Not much other than pleasant helpful staff

Toilet wouldn’t flush in first room. Moved to second room. Discovered just before bed that water in bathroom didn’t run and toilet took an hour to refill after one flush.
