Private parking is possible on site at Lapps Quay Public Car Park (public car park located beneath the hotel) at a specially reduced rate for residents until 12:00 on your day of departure. The hotel reserves the right to preauthorize your card prior to arrival. If the card is declined, the hotel reserves the right to request cancellation on the day of booking or on arrival. Failure to present a valid credit card in your own name will result in accommodations not being offered. Breakfast for children up to 12 years of age can be added at EUR 5 per night.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "A beautiful city hotel with lovely staff and great food"

Close to bus and train, beautiful lobby, bar area. Restaurant had excellent food!! Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. A/C was bonus as we were there in heat wave

There was no refrigerator in the room even though it said they had them (spot for one was empty?!) could use more or firmer pillow options.

"Super staff and location"

Staff were fantastic, from reception to the restaurant. Having a swimming pool onsite is an added bonus

The Lapps Quay carpark has the worst layout you could imagine. Horribly confusing, and the narrow ramp to enter the car park is one lane for both directions. A mess, use any other available car park
