The restaurant was lovely. The staff were lovely and the sauna and pool were a plus

I didn’t like that. I had to pay full price for one of the older rooms when the newly renovated rooms are advertised on the website and it was mentioned that I would have access to a smart TV so that I could use Netflix. As this was a solo trip I was relying on having these facilities but instead I was put into one of the older rooms with no access to a smart TV and no entertainment for the evening. This was not mentioned to me prior before arriving that I would be putting one of the older rooms. I believe that these rooms should be offered at a cheaper rate as I paid similar to a brand new renovated room would’ve been. I rang reception to see if it was possible to change my room but they informed me that the hotel was fully booked and they could do nothing for me but in future I think it would be smarter to inform individuals that they may not be staying in the rooms advertised on the website.

Room was lovely with a garden view, comfortable bed and very quiet at night. Breakfast was varied and extensive, plenty of variety to choose from. Staff at check in very helpful.

Sehr freundliches Personal, großzügiges Apartment, das als Baulärm auftrat gewechselt werden konnte nach Rücksprache mit dem Manager. Dieser gab uns ein Upgrade und als Entschädigung 2 x Frühstücksbuffet für 2 Personen u. 1 Pralinenbox. Das Haus ist gross, mit Fitnesscenter u. Pool, nettes Früstücksbuffet und auch ganz gutem Restaurant und einer sehr atmosphärischen Wohlbühlbar. Auch kostenlose Parkplätze
