Would love to have longer opening hours for the coffee dock at the front door

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Hotel verbracht. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Wir sind des öfteren ins Zentrum gelaufen und haben es innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreicht. Busstationen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hervorheben möchten wir auch den Pool. Mit 20m Länge kann man schon sehr gut schwimmen und auch andere Annehmlichkeiten wie zum Beispiel den Whirlpool kann man nutzen.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Apartment war sauber, aber es müsste mal wieder optisch aufgefrischt werden. Auch an die Lüftungsanlage mussten wir uns erst gewöhnen.

breakfast was great, good choices. Room was standard, as expected. Hotel was busy and the parking lot, but underground parking spots were available.

All was fine, nothing to call out

A spacious, well equipped apartment with a large, comfortable bed. Reception staff were excellent -friendly, helpful and efficient. We were able to get a bus into Galway from a stop close to the Hotel.

Only downside was the service in the restaurant although the quality of the food was good. On the first evening after we ordered the waiter bought one meal out and we had to chase up the other meal. In fairness both the waiter and the restaurant manager did their best to resolve the issue. The next day the service was fine but my husband's beef was overdone.
