The night staff following us in the halls and saying people were complaining and we had just arrived back to the hotel.

Great welcome from Jamesh. Loved his energy and enthusiasm and went out of his way to make sure I knew the best ways to get to and from the airport. Good value for money. Appreciated breakfast being included - the waffles exceeded my expectations!

Difficult to control I know but the construction noise from next door was right outside my window so woke me up. Next time I'll prefer a room on the other side of the building.

"Our stay was good, due to the staff was very attentive and listen to our complaints."

Breakfast was decent. Didn’t have more variety. No scrambled eggs and sausage.

Our first room has smelled (weeds). However, I called the front desk and we got switched to a different room right away. The front desk was attentive right away.
