Quality Hotel Dorval Aeroport

The room was large, had a fridge that worked really well, microwave (we didn't use) and coffee machine (needed to be cleaned). Breakfast was passable, it gave us morning nutrition, typical hotel FREE breakfast. Beds were clean and comfortable, even the pillows were okay.

The hotel is dated, in dire need up updating. The bathroom walls & ceiling were dirty and there was a huge oil stain on the bed cover (they changed it when I requested it be changed). They only offer service in the room every 3 days but supply only one day of towels. There were many smokers at this hotel, unfortunately while we were there it rained a lot therefore smokers were sheltering in "non-smoking" areas causing us to walk amongst smokers to access the parking lot. Parking lot was covered with cigarette butts. Just not appealing at all.

Breakfast was good. My room and the bathroom were clean.

The temperature of my room was not OK. I tried to increase the heat but still felt cold. In addition, the curtains of the room did not totally hide the windows . The hallway in my floor had a strange smell.
