Pool was not clean and my room was changed from a double to a king. I had 3 children with me

buyer beware!!!!! I booked 4 rooms for graduation. Cancelled two rooms during free cancellation, via Booking.com. I was charged for the 4 rooms. Hotel said to call Booking. Booking called hotel and said not to charge. Hotel is under ChoiceHotels, who say they can't do anything and to work with hotel and Booking.com. First and last time here.

Heater worked well and good hot water

Had to request toilet paper, cups, iron and ironing board, chair for handicapped shower. 3 wall mounted lamps and only one worked. Would never go back.

Friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms made this a comfortable 3-night stay. The policy of servicing rooms only on request ( an effort to better deal with safety) is at once comforting, but also aggravating when TP runs low. The greatest aggravation was the free breakfast as food quickly ran out and took longer than it should to replenish. The rooms were clean with plentiful pillows and the amenities one expects at modern, US hotels.
