Ocean Sky Hotel & Resort

I like the fact that you could walk out the door and you were on the pool deck and then just go down a few steps and you were right on the beach

We had some difficulty with getting housekeeping services, more than once we had to chase after getting clean bath towels

Beach location and pool amenities. Rooms are spacious although construction is taking place next door and it was never mentioned. Jeremiah was the only staff member that made us feel welcomed. We also had an early check in.

We booked two separate rooms on separate floors and multiple times the Room cleaning was totally lacking and some days it didn’t even take place. Reservations desk promised it would be attended to but just broken promises. No credit or effort made. Restaurant is almost always empty and has no capability to sign orders or drinks to the room.. just imagine the possibilities. Great Bar and restaurant next door called the Bamboo Tiki Bar, friendly staff and tasty food. Otherwise go to LBTS for a decent selection of restaurants and shops.

Todo el personal muy atento , estaba limpio , la cama muy cómoda y la ubicación excelente, las piscinas muy limpias

El precio dEl hotel muy caro para que no incluyan las sombrillas y tumbonas dentro del área que le corresponde de playa, igual que cobran el parking dentro del hotel, pienso que pague por todo esto y no fue así

Location , dedicated elevator to the pool area

Not clean, hair in the sink and shower, balcony chairs were not clean so we were unable to sit out. No hot water for 3 days, the electricity when out when I used my hair dryer. Dirty rug full of sand at the edge of the bed. Wholes in the duvet

Los cuartos muy bonitos, comodos y limpios.

Hice la solicitud cuando hice mi reserva de obtener dos cunas una para cada habitacion, tambien solicite que quedaran juntas y de ser posible una con buena vista pues era la primera vez de mis papas en Miami y queria que tuvieran una bonita experiencia comenzando en el hotel pero lo unico que veian al salir a la ventana era el parqueadero del hoyel y la construccion del hotel del frente, asi que finalmente ninguna de las anteriores solicitudes fue posible con el hotel.
