No more hot breakfast like before

There was no breakfast,and you advertise a beautiful picture room and then you get this horrible room ,the bed broke and it smelled really bad. And when I tried to talk to the lady in the front office she acted as if I was a old fool. I would never ever tell anyone to stay there. Although I must say the grounds were well manicured. No this was a bad experience and I travel a lot but this hurt. I'm a older women and I only ask for truth and respect. And then I even ask for a card to call her head office because I twellhink they should know about these conditions,and I had to Google the number because the card she gave me was hers. And up on calling the lady I spoke to said,well I'll let them know"WHAT"😳 well that was a waste of time. So no not a good stay..

Well for starter's change you advertising it's so wrong and disappointing, and for the price you should at least have coffee and donuts in the morning.

Clean, nice staff, convenient, nice price and comfortable.

Sometimes a bit noisy from a needed repair and from outside but those couldn’t be helped.

The location is convenient for me when I am in town.

The amount of time it takes to settle a complaint.

They have horrible customer service double charge my card and then procedeed to tell me there was no payment showing in the computer when clearly the charges where on my bank statement that i showed the manager then she proceeded to tell us that we have to leave the hotel the following day if we didnt pay for the week wich we already paid for it twice .manager Nicole doesnt understand the concept of the customer is always right terrible and rude should not be working in hospitality.
