The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner told me about how they've been working on updating all the rooms, and I could tell that certain things had been done recently. Location was on a busy road but it wasn't too loud. Only a few miles from the cute downtown area. I only stayed because my car broke down and I got stranded, and it was good for what it is. It's the cheapest rate in the area and it was worth it. The owners were very nice people. The price was worth it just for how kind and hospitable they were.

It was extremely bright inside the room because of all the parking lot lights right outside the windows. Some blackout curtains would be great. The wifi was also not great.

Clean

We were obviously the only guest and probably in quite awhile. But booking.com stated “only 1 room left” and a very good rating. There was no alarm clock, hairdryer, coffee or cups to make coffee. The breakfast was cold cereal only. Front desk person was the only staff and seemed unsure of what he was doing.

Small beds, dirty, filthy grout in bathroom, couldn't regulate water temperature in shower.

They've done some upgrading! This was our 3rd or 4th stay & we always come to this hotel when visiting Bristol. The shower was great with good hot water that did not run out. The mattress was very comfy giving me a couple of great nights sleep. Lots of channels to choose from on the TV. Fridge got good & cold too! The heat was already on when we walked in the room which was awesome since it was freezing outside. And pet friendly too! I was extremely impressed they remembered us from our last stay 2 years ago!

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like.
