"Worst Rudest Gordo l hotel staff ever"

After I was told I could book the room online and paid for an Uber to get there the front desk told me that there was a $500 deposit for 2 nights. I had a car parked up there i was trying to get hauled back with ash my things i own in it. I'm moving after almost 2 yrs if being homeless.i felt like they were profiling me or labeling me as a drug addict the way she acted. Our gone burnt down and I dint don't appreciate her attitude about it. I went next door to travel inn and got a room. I'm never try and rent from this hotel chain again.

"-NO/WEAK WIFI -- NO/WEAK HOT WATER --- DIRTY"

Inexpensive. Quite. Thursday-Sunday and only Two other Cars In the Parking lot, which is a huge red Flag, as it is right by HardRock Casino and cheaper than others in the area.

-WEAK WIFI, -NO HOT WATER/LITTLE.PRESSURE. -DIRTY --Front Desk Lady Does not know ADA Laws, asked for a A Card for the Service Dog, we quickly let her know that is not Legal. --Breakfast, maybe cereal, --Wierd hidden Entrance up a huge curvy hill, --Room Key stopped working at one point --They were watching us on the Cameras, during checkout, which is fine I guess.

"This is a go back place!"

Fantastic friendly staff. We've been staying at this facility for years & will continue to come here. They remember our names & our pets names. They were sorry to see one furbaby missing upon our last arrival. Beds are very comfy. Shower is nice & hot. TV is easy to operate too & a must for us! Nice & quiet area.

I can't think of one thing to complain about!

"If I didn’t have to get back home to North Carolina I would’ve stayed another night or two"
