The entire hotel was filthy nasty dirty. Nobody was ever at the front desk. There was no light bulbs in the lights when staff was told we were just handed bulbs . Once received it didn’t matter because the lamp was broken. This was 50 more per night than surrounding hotels and was a horrible experience.

"It was the worst hotel out of six that we stayed at this week."

The bathroom was gross. People hung outside our window on a patio partying at 12:48 A.M. which was on the first floor. Curtains didn't close all the way. Chair arm was disgusting. Base of bed was gross. Sink did not drain.

Free breakfast and the water pressure in the shower.

There was a green American Eagle shirt left in the bathroom from the previous guests that was not cleaned up. We requested room service/more towels and washcloths that were never delivered. Not nearly enough lighting in the room dark and dreary! The beds were VERY hard and it looked as if there were some electrical hazards in our room! (1. Electrical outlet behind a couch without a wall plate! 2. Some weird wiring hanging from our sprinkler system!

Location

Me and my girlfriend was coming down from Clarksville Indiana to Paducah to visit grandchildren. And because I had a local ID I had to come up with over 250 dollars cash. At 65 years old I don't think I was going to cause any damage to a room. Your caulking in the bathroom is starting to turn, and it looks like your contractor screwed up big time when you have to take a notch out of the bathroom door to miss the toilet
