"Never again!"

The property appears shoddy and run down but the room was clean. Property had apparently installed a new toilet, but, as a result, the bathroom door would not close. Their response was to cut a notch in the door so it would. Room temp control did not work well. Ice machine only worked sporadically. Vending machine was broken. Insufficient staff. Went to breakfast and no staff was present. Messes in the serving area had not been cleaned up. Some food offerings were unavailable. Others were overdone. They had spoons and knives but no forks. There was a smell of BBQ in the room. There seemed to be a BBQ in the back.

Only one ice maker on the property that only works intermittently. Old carpet and furnishings, overall did not feel clean. Could not access internet. Breakfast is ok.

I expected better from Comfort Inn. While the rooms were acceptable (a few maintenance issues like shower handle fell off into the shower). The hall carpets were filthy, entry way had cigarette butts and dirt all over. Overall unacceptable. I'm not sure I'll use Comfort Inn again.
