"Great service but the product needs some love"

the staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great for what we wanted.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. I asked for a two beds room and one of the beds made noise every time one would move. The AC wasn't that potent and we can tell that the bathroom counter has seen better days.

J’ai vraiment aimer l’endroit et le service du personnel Un gros merci

j’aurais aimer profiter de la piscine extérieure car elle n’était pas disponible!! Aussi on voulait jouer a la salle des jeux mais malheureusement il fallait avoir la monnaie pour jouer, je trouve ça plate pour un hôtel 🥹

Very basic, not anything above average. Cutlery hardly useable. Decaf coffee treated below standard.

Work that was done in bathrooms shoddy work. For example all of the cocking was messy like, oh well this is good enough. The bathroom door did not close. The big window along the stairwell gross. Mattress covers did not envelope the mattress.
