Restaurant was very good. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding.

Rooms were very nice bed and bedding great. Restaurant had great food. Close to other amenities

False advertising meant that I didn’t get what I paid for. The “suite” was so tiny and only had stand up shower which wasn’t what I had booked. There were no bathrobes as promised in my booking and the tv was NOT the size they advertised, it was so tiny! I got better room elsewhere for way less.

Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Lobby was beautiful; but our room was terrible — you could hear people talking quietly in the adjacent rooms and hallway, no functioning AC, noisy bathroom fan. No hand soap, shower gel was watered down. Only dining was in an outside patio (super windy day which made the patio non-practical) or room service. I expected a lot more for the price.

Very happy with our stay. The room was clean and spacious with a large bathroom, divided living room and bedroom area. Pool was clean. Continental breakfast was delicious. I’d stay there again.

Arrived late due to construction and traffic issues and were welcomed with a free upgrade to a very nice room where I could park my vehicle right outside the window. Great staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable.

I really had a massage and thoroughly enjoyed it. I used the patio as an option for a meal out and didn't have to worry about driving. Front desk was very helpful and copied a map for me to get to Crystal falls as well as other attractions. What I didn't like were the curtains! I couldn't close them due to the hoops.

Arrived late after delayed flight. Only had 7 hours at hotel but bathroom could definitely need some attention. Black mould or dirt in shower which is not acceptable

Wonderful stay, staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean and well kept. Only issue was the mattress was way too worn and soft.
