La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Peru Starved Rock St Park

Close to shopping and restaurants

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Only issue I had was the water pressure in the shower. I don’t know if it was just my room or if it’s every room but it was barely more than a trickle. Took a few minutes standing under it to actually be able to rinse my hair.

I enjoyed how quiet it was and they had a decent breakfast. They were also within just a couple minutes walking distance of a couple restaurants as well as some stores.

It was very nice and the front desk person at night was very nice!

I don’t like how there was bugs in the pool water. And that when they was mopping the floor made us walk around and we couldnt walk straight at the door when the floor was going to get dirty anyways.

The staff was very kind. The floor we stayed on seems very musty through the hallway but that was they only real downside.

The property itself was great, the staff was great, the area offered us all the options we could need.

Lots of highway noise

Location was great, as well as service. Room and property was well kept and clean. There's also a great Mexican restaurant next door which was outstanding!!

I was disappointed in the breakfast. The coffee tasted as if it were dry power Nescafé mixed with hot water. The eggs tasted like they were made from powder. The sausage links were good.
