Metro Points Hotel

My go to hotel while staying in DC!!

This has got to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Upon checkin the first room I got the tv didn’t work so I went to pick up the phone to tell front desk and guess what?! The phone didn’t work either. So I had to pack up my stuff and go down to front desk. The offered me another room which I was ok with but in that room the tv was no better, the ac was very loud and the phone SOMEWHAT worked. (Had to hold the phone cord to use it) In the morning I tried to connect to the WiFi and it wasn’t connecting. Asked Front desk and she said it was from construction. Now granted they did have signs around the building about construction but no one said construction was on the WiFi as well. When I checked in instead of telling me the WiFi password was on the key holder they should have said it wasn’t work as part of the construction. At this point the money I spent plus the 100.00$ for incidentals there is no point of checking out and finding another hotel so I stayed my duration HOWEVER I would never come back here or even SUGGEST to come back here. In my opinion the Wyndham Days Inn across the street is a THOUSAND times better. Only reason I didn’t go is because they were sold out. I never leave reviews but this one was so bad I needed to warn others. DO NOT COME HERE!

People are telling me that the room has bad carpeting, but the room smelled like rodent urine.

I'm enjoying my stay over here at Metro Points Hotel and I have no reason to complain. I pray that they should keep the good services.

Hotel is clean and staffs are very helpful and encouraging.
