Sehr hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter, obwohl die Rezeption bereits geschlossen war. Verbesserungsvorschlag: für Gäste, die spät mit dem Flieger ankommen, sollte es einen Getränke und Snacks Automaten geben. Auch für frühe Abreise einen Kaffeeautomaten zur Verfügung stellen

Klein aber zweckmäßig, Möglichkeit einen Kaffee zu kochen bei sehr früher Abreise. Habe um Vorbestellung einer Taxi gebeten - hat super gepasst. Sehr nahe am Flughafen

Rezeption bereits ab 12 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt, Schlüsselkarte lag offen mit Zugang für jedermann

Posizione comoda per viaggiare da/verso l'aeroporto. Funziona anche il check-in notturno in autonomia, anche se non lo reputo molto sicuro come procedura.

La procedura per la consegna delle chiavi durante il check-in notturno non lo reputo sicuro. Le chiavi sono messe tutte assieme e tutti ne potrebbero entrare in disponibilità. Ho chiesto la fattura per messaggio alla struttura, avendo fatto check-out alle 4 senza la presenza di nessuno, ma la struttura nemmeno risponde ai messaggi.

Direkt beim Flughafen. Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und sauber, Frühstück war gut...Mitarbeiter freundlich.

Es werden an der Bar keine Snacks angeboten (Sandwich, Toast o.ä. kleine Speisen). Um punkt 20:00 wurde sowohl Bar als auch Rezeption geschlossen (obwohl am Eingang geöffnet bis 22:30 angeschrieben war und auf der HP bis 22:00!). Mussten unser Getränk im Stiegenhaus neben dem Aufzug im stehen fertig trinken. Auch kein Automat mit Getränken, Sandwiches, Nüssen o.ä. vorhanden. Ich reise beruflich sehr oft und bin viel unterwegs...ein Flughafen Hotel / Business Hotel, noch dazu von einer renommierten Hotel Kette, welches um 20:00 seine Pforten schließt, ist mir bis dato noch nicht untergekommen.
