Place was better than I thought it would be. The jetted tub did have hair in it from the previous person so we did have to clean it before use. That would be my main complaint.

Most everything was good, but the bed was not kind to my back.

Can't tell you enough on how well the staff treats their guest. They always go above and beyond with flexibility and understanding you didn't always see in hotel staff. Thanks guys!

Pretty clean room, for a great price!

I have come to have low expectations when getting low priced hotel rooms, and normally i can deal with it. But upon doing my bedbug inspection, i was absolutely mortified to see that the mattress looked like several crimes had been comitted on it! I didnt find bed bugs thank god! But if the mattress had had a bed bug sealed cover on it pike the box spring did, id not be giving this review! The front desk clerk was so busy and friendly, i chose not to bother him, i saw a cheap vinyl mattress cover at fred meyer diwn the street and chose to put that extra layer between my body and the mattress for my peace of mind. It worked, and i give big kudos to the quietness of the property. I slept like a log, and I woke up without any bites! Or any signs of bugs at all. My other big complaint is the shower wasnt very clean, but i travel with shower shoes thank god! To me a hotel is 100% a place to sleep and shower, and considering the price and friendliness of the desk clerk, i feel guilty for rating so low, but im being honest so others are aware!

Cost was great and Staff was friendly. Older building.

Good service with fine breakfast. Only negative was that our room adjoined the elevator and the elevator door made a rumbling sound in the room making it difficult to sleep.
