Non comfortable beds, very small bathroom

There was o working or well equipped kitchen. Refrigerator and microwave did work well. Housekeeping was very spotty.

Whatever they clean with is so overpowering I had to sleep with the windows open. (Not safe at all) Bed is total crap. I left a night in used and went to another place.

Needed a place to stay overnight before my early morning flight. Perfect

Staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the main hallway was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The elevator area smelt like marijuana. The parking lot is well lit up, but the area the hotel is located in is not the safest.

Too close to the main road, very noisy with traffic, would be better if windows are noise proof

While checking in the employee, who I believe is either the owner or possibly the owners family decided to judge my girlfriend and I, essentially acting as if we just came in off the streets. Then continued by telling us and I quote “we don’t take online banks for the deposit you can pay cash at XYZ hotel” after I clearly stated we would just need to move funds around really Quickly to use my credit card. Then asked to physically view the card before to I don’t know, check to see if I was that stupid and didn’t know what credit cards I have? He was condescending and rude. Acting as if his low budget motel was the ritz and not a pay by the hour spot for the girls walking and working just a block away. The room was terrible. Smelled of bad air freshener to cover up whatever was dying or had died in the room previously. The tv was off the wall and the remote had no rear cover. There was a massive blob of paint and or white repair putty on the shelving under the tv, which had many stains and other items stuck forever cured into the pile of which their origins are forever unknown. Bathroom was dirty. Was told at the front their skimpy 2 towels being dirty would cost us the deposit as well as if we smoked in the room, and I’m guessing he did not mean cigarettes, once again showing his firm believe we were some trash people and didn’t deserve to stay in his horrid accommodations. All the dispensers in the bathroom even the ones stuck to the shower were old hand soap dispensers

Cleaning room, safety location, reception 24 hours, easy to get there and everything is ok 👍. Paying deposit cash and get back when you check out it’s right policy good.
