Regency Inn Perrysburg

Great hospitality and service. The room was nice and the bed was very comfy. The owner was very friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

The room wasn't very clean, it didn't look like the sheets were clean, small black hairs on sheet (like dog hair). Although the sheets were changed on the 3rd night in. Crumbs in desk drawer, sticky on front of dresser drawers. Peeling wall paper in bathroom. Toilet paper dispenser not attached to wall (hanging out of hole). Fridge was sitting on Styrofoam that looked rusty. vacuumed once that I could tell. Stains on bedspreads and burn holes. We did get clean towels everyday, but were very thin.

The surrounding area looked like a horror film.everything in disrepair needs completely redone. Kept clean and was friendly but I would never stay here again. Out of way and inconvenient.

Cordial staff and very accomodating. Great value.

I was attacked by the hotel manager for pulling into the parking lot

Temperature was in the single digits the night I arrived, just after midnight. The heater in my room had been turned on to prepare the room for my arrival. Apparently, the heaters are left off unless a room will be used. Even so, the heater was terribly inefficient. Hardly any hot air was being circulated. The room was quite chilly (in addition to needing new carpet, baseboard and wall repair, and general updates). I grabbed my sleeping bag from the car to aid in staying warm for my short sleep. As I was in a hurry to get to my next destination, I left in the early morning. I wasn't planning on showering and it would have been too cold in the room to shower anyway. I probably would not stay here again.

Really happy with this hotel. Large, clean room. Way better than what one usually gets at such a low price. Owners were really friendly and helpful. I recommend it highly.

clean and pretty quiet considering close to freeway .

Good value. Helpful manager when item left in room. Interior bolt on door was non-functional. Room was clean.

2 night stay; beds left unmade, coffee was not re-supplied, key card didn't work second day until re-keyed.
