Mine was just an overnight stay as I traveled between Atlanta & NYC. For that it was fine

Breakfast was minimal

Friendly staff, room was pristine, clean and comfy.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. It had a decent selection of food. Water pressure and heat were fine. The front desk staff were nice, but seemed like they were overworked, especially during Kartika Purnima.

The room was fine, but not great and not great value for the money. The parking lot was filled with smokers all night and morning and smoke drifted into the room under the door the whole night. You could hear everything through the door as well. The towels were old, thin, and non-absorbent. While the beds seemed ok, other furniture was scratched and the chair in our room had stains and cigarette burns. The floor buckled in some areas of the room as you walked and the carpet seemed both slightly damp and crunchy. Parking was inadequate for the spacing of the rooms. We had to park on the other side of the building and then carry bags around two lengths and up the stairs.
