Coast Fort St John Hotel

The agent up front was helpful. The whole place needs a renovation. Very loud in the hallways. The rooms smelled like garbage. I had to wipe down a few things. There was no elevator.

The location is central to the city and was very convenient for me.

This Coast Hotel is not at the standard of other Coast Hotels I have stayed at in BC. The mattress was too soft for me, the fans and older stand-alone fridge too noisy, and the stairwell smelled strongly of air freshener. Housekeeping didn't replace my used coffee mugs and had left someone else's boots and clothes in a drawer.

Wifi kept disconnecting otherwise everything was good

Great hotel. The lady checking me I was super nice, Room was clean. No issues what so ever.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was quiet and offered a decent breakfast for a decent price. All the shampoo and coffee and toiletries that you need were available. Staff is always friendly. The damage deposit is convenient. We have stayed there a handful of times and will definitely stay there again.

Nothing, it was the worst possible stay that I have ever had.

I informed the staff that I was leaving an abusive relationship and to make sure not to tell anyone that I was staying there. Not only did they see my ex chase me down the hallway they threatened to call the police if I didn't keep it down. After finally falling asleep I woke up to him in my room because they have him a key. I will never stay there again and I give it zero stars out of five. Also it smells, it's out dated and not very clean

Great customer service care and support. Nice breakfast cleaned n spacious rooms. Laundry and gym on site.

Front staff was very nice

The outside of the building is very run down. When we pulled up we thought we were at the wrong place it was that sad looking. I went in to cancel our booking because of the way it looked. We took a look at our room and it was clean so we decided to stay. It felt like a sketchy hotel and I wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed there for one night. Good place, quite clean, does its job.
