Days Inn by Wyndham Donalsonville

The staff is very nice. The property is just really dated. There are no better hotels within 30 miles so we would stay again if we are in the area.

Everything was in order

The carpet was disgusting and we felt dirty. The sheets had stains on them and were frayed. We got there late at night so didn’t want to deal with it. An Orbitz representative found us that place when the place we wanted to stay said they did not have my name in the system. We spent 45 minutes trying to resolve the issue to end up in a place I will never stay again. It seems like all the agent had to do would have been to send the reservation again and I didn’t understand that neither he nor the hotel person could think of that. The hotel person was not congenial at all. By the time we got the other place, it was pouring rain. They gave us a room that made us gag from the smoke smell in what was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. I went to the office and got another room that was better but no TV remote. My sister saw a bug and threw the bed spread on the floor to walk on. What a horrible experience! Makes me want to rethink my long term relationship with Orbitz.

Given Room 106, tv did not work, carpet was filthy, one hand towel for two people. We were moved to 105, better room but bathroom ceiling light hanging not fastened to ceiling, toilet paper holder broken, carpet was better but both carpets need cleaning,would not walk barefoot. Would not stay here again

Hotel is older. Priced right. The rooms were pretty comfortable. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Over all I'd say it was worth the Price.

This hotel is located on a highway and near a railroad track. There was some noise but the hotel room was quite effective at minimizing the road noise, and there were just a few trains. The room was clean and comfortable and modest in decor. The air conditioning leaked water onto the carpet but worked fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was minimal but adequate.

Room is full of fruit flys
