We had much difficulty contacting the front desk with needs. We ended up leaving early due to our issues.

Well had to be moved from room to room due to bed bugs i moved 3 xs and rhen the house keeper informed me that they had to shut down 5 rooms from that

It was a reasonable place to stay. Nothing fancy. Note there is a $100 *cash* deposit required. That was a little ridiculous.

Had to check in through the night security window and it was 5 pm. Very noisy n cars in n out until early am. Difficult to find hotel due to located beside a gas station n on secondary road. People live in hotel n bbq in parking lot.

The website said check-in until 12 midnight, we arrived after driving hours at 11:20-11:40 pm. The lobby was closed and no one ever came to the night window. After multiple calls and waiting almost an hour, we finally decided to drive a few hours back home because it was a holiday weekend and there were no more rooms available anywhere....NOT a good experience!

I was coming through the town and this was the only location available for the purpose of my visit. Policy on hotels.com said no refund. Office lady was nice. Check-in was simple. I went to check out my nonsmoking room, there was several overflowing rolling trash cans with about 4 guys digging through. As soon as I opened the door, the room had a bad smell of smoke. I turned on air to help circulate. One bed the sheets was really stained. The other bed the all white comforter was stained. Luckily the kids traveled with extra blankets. We went to Walmart to purchase another. It’s kinda sucks when you have to settle after paying $100 bucks for the night. We only needed it for the night and was up and out by 8 the next morning. I did read the reviews booking. They were kind of mixed.

The site says it has a fitness facility out does not. It says it has laundry facility it does not. Needed to do some laundry while there but had to go to a 24 hour landromat. There was trash left in the room from the previous travelers. The pool I would not swim in. It was dirty. I've used the hotel.com site for a few years. This is the first time I've had to write a review. Was not pleased.

STAY WAS GOOD JUST NO HOT WATER ONE MORNING. NEXT MORNING THERE WAS HOT WATER. DID NOT RESTOCK TOWELS AND NO CUPS IN ROOM

I paid April 9 2021 in advance got to hotel the lady refused my service because of a survey I completed with choice hotels. It’s now May 19 and I still have not received my refund.

People were coming and going throughout the hotel, most did not seem to actually be staying there. The room next door to us had what seemed like drug paraphernalia outside their door. Though the room was clean and comfortable, I would not recommend that people with young children stay there.
