Quality Inn & Suites near Lake Eufaula

Our room was spotless and just as the pictures showed online. The staff was so sweet, and you couldn't beat the price. Would definitely stay here again if passing through the area.

My kids enjoyed the breakfast.

The gym was closed but I seen a man using the equipment and when I asked about it was told it was closed and had a sign saying that.

pool was closed, ice machine unplugged half the time, they didn't cook but like 1 biscuit for breakfast not even enough for my little family . Also someone was allowed to smoke weed outside our room

Things first went south when checking in. The manager at the front desk preceded to tell me that they “tried to run our debit card at 6pm and it declined so the reservation was cancelled.” After he said that I looked at my bank statement to see if a charge had been charged to the card which there was not and we did not receive a call from our bank regarding fraudulent charges. So I told the manager we picked the option of paying when we got to the hotel and he told me “we charge everyone coming after 6pm at 6pm” which does not make any sense when the option we picked was to pay at the hotel property. He then argued with me asking “are you calling me a liar?” Which I told the manager “I’m not saying you aren’t one.” Mind you it was 10:20 at night, after this happened the manager stated they had “one room left” I said that’s fine, the manager gave us keys for room 244 and I attached pictures of what we saw when we went in. Our bed was a queen which we booked a king, there was no bed frame at all the bed was held up by 2 twin box springs and a coffee table and a chair. Then there was a random extra refrigerator and microwave over by the window. The price of the room when I booked online was $78 and I paid $85 at the property. This whole experience was all over a bad experience, I would not recommend staying here and we won’t be back. Do better quality inn.
