Quality Inn Near Lake Marble Falls

We love our house keeper, she was awesome, made sure everything was clean and in order for us. She should get a raise.

The outside of the property could use cleaning. Your shoes track all the dirt from outside. Need to cut bushes by entrance so when you exit you can see on coming traffic.

Toilets are too low to the ground

The pool was open but needed cleaning.There was a tree near the pool where grackles nested.They were noisy at night and their activities caused debris to drop into the pool.The pool itself was nice. There was a hot tub but it was not heated.

The staff was all very friendly. But the state of our room was terrible. It was as if someone just made the bed in the room and that was all. The sheets didn’t even look to be changed. The pull out mattress and king bed both had blood on the sheets, there was trash and leaves on the floor as if it wasn’t vacuumed or swept, the bathtub was dirty, there was bugs in the bathroom all over the floor and the pull out bed had mold on it. There was blood on the walls in the bathroom I could go on and on with how dirty this place was. We used to stay here all the time and the rooms were decent but it’s a motel now and we won’t be back.

The staff was great, lots of parking, the room was well stocked. The microwave and mini refrigerator were great.
