The location was perfect! It was right in the center of a variety of restaurant and shopping. And close to SIU.

The staff didn't seem to want to be there. We checked in late at night and although we were promptly serviced, no one was very friendly or seemed happy to be there. Also the available breakfast time is too short. I went to the lobby at 930am and the lights were turned off and no one was there.

Convenient to the campus, shopping, and dining. The room was nice. With refrigerator and microwave. Staff all were nice and accommodating.

The pool was closed. The elevator had a not so pleasant smell. They didn't clean the room or make beds, just took dirty towels and replaced them with clean ones.

Close to everything

It was dirty and smelled bad everywhere. It’s noisy and there are bright lights outside that come through the rooms broken curtains.
