Carpet was filthy! WiFi would not work. Front desk was of no help.

Paper thin walls. Very noisy. Heard next door room television all night.

Location was convenient for our trip.

When we arrived, we were told that one of the rooms we had booked based on the description provided here on Booking.com did not exist, and that they would have to charge us an additional fee to provide a rollaway bed in the room we booked. When we showed them the description on the Booking app, they told us to contact Booking.com to have the issue resolved. When we arrived in our room, one was not cleaned, with crumbs on the floor, beds unmade, no liners in the trash cans, and no toilet paper. We were provided with another room by the hotel. When I called Booking.com, I explained my concerns and was placed on a 10+ minute hold and then the call disconnected. I had to call back, explain my concerns again, and told they would respond to me via email after they contacted the hotel. The email I got from Booking.com said that “The property contact us and provided information about the additional 20 USD charge on the reservation. They are informing us adding an extra bed to a room has a cost and they are trying to help you as much as possible as giving you all the amenities they have available for example breakfast. Please try to approach the administration of additional information of what you can enjoy on the hotel for the additional charge.” The suggestion that they are providing us breakfast as an amenity when that was already included in the price was frustrating. I reached out again to Booking.com to express my frustration and they have yet to reply. My business books 40+ rooms per year through Booking.com and their lack of response and providing a reasonable solution other than an email telling me to enjoy breakfast has given me pause about future reservations.

Cleanliness

The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Rooms are small but mostly everything worked. Our room phone didn't work but we didn't end up needing it. The various hotel staff I interacted with were all friendly and helpful. The pool was basically unusable; there were many kids in it one day and then after that it was cloudy and green. The hot tub was ok but the room both are in was very hot and humid so it was not very pleasant to be in there.

Dirty room and bathroom

Not the worst hotel to stay the night, front desk staff was friendly when checking in. The carpet in the room was a little gross. Bathtub was gross looking, looked like it was in a desperate need of a replacement or a good scrubbing. The pool needed to be cleaned, the water was quite cloudy.

Clean and comfortable, easily accessible and staff very pleasant and helpful.
