Ramada by Wyndham San Diego Poway Miramar

My reservation was cancelled before my arrival, but I wasn’t aware of it. When I showed up at the hotel, I was informed that the booking had been cancelled. Even though I never stayed there, the hotel still charged me four days later. Booking.com couldn’t resolve the issue, and the hotel refused to refund me. They do this intentionally. Avoid this hotel at all cost. They will scam you.

Nothing, we ended up not staying.

Nothing clean and there was cockroaches all around the tv and fridge. We ended up feeling uncomfortable and we left, we wanted to get a refund and they told us to send an email to the manager. The manager never responded.

Noisy and mixed with low class occupancy

Noisy all night, could not sleep

The tree rooms were good, but the beds were noisy when you sat down or got up. The upstairs visitors were noisy late in the night. My husband finally went to office about 2:30 to co.plain about the noise.

As I explained above the beds were noisy when you sat down or got up. The up stairs room above us was noisy until the early morning hours.

Half size pillows. The room wasn't as bright as pictured. Breakfast was simple, not much of a variety, no protein (eggs, sausages, bacons). Noise from people walking on floor above is very evident.
