We recently stayed at the Andaz South Beach for a birthday staycation, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. A huge thank you to the Resort Manager, Zack, who truly "hooked it up" and made the occasion feel special. We were treated to an early check-in, a beautiful upgrade to an ocean-view room, and the luxury of a late check-out. The room itself was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Despite the hotel being busy, the layout and service ensured it never felt overcrowded. Both the pool and beach staff were attentive and professional. It was the most relaxing, high-end experience we have had in South Beach.
