Spark by Hilton Denver International Airport

Unreliable airport shuttle service and terrible customer service. We were at the airport shuttle pickup by 12:15 AM for a scheduled 12:30 AM pickup. The shuttle never arrived. We were exhausted after our late night flight and saw shuttles for every other hotel come and go. ​When I called the front desk, staff they said the shuttle had already left and it may have left earlier than the scheduled time. They told us to just wait another hour for the 1:30 AM shuttle! We couldn't even get a taxi/Uber so late in the night. We ended up just getting on a different hotel's shuttle and just stayed at that hotel which was a lot more expensive. ​To make matters worse, they denied my refund request and charged me the full amount when we didn't even stay there due to their failure to provide the advertised shuttle service and stranding us at the airport in the middle of the night.

Very convenient and easy access to DIA.

I didn't like having to pay extra for parking.

The man at the front desk was so helpful and polite. Explaining the shuttle pickup location. Offering the bagged breakfast, which was a lifesaver since we were leaving before the free breakfast was happening.

Really nothing that we didn't like - except that the shuttle coming back to the hotel (we dropped rental car off early) was completely full and there was a bunch of people waiting for the next one, so we took an uber back to the hotel. That's not really about the hotel, but the shuttle service - and not sure it can be avoided. Was just really busy and we didn't want to wait for the next one, or possibly the one after that.

Staff was very friendly. Tried to provide necessary toiletries but toothbrudhes ran out.

No coffee maker in the room.

Clean and close to the airport.

Parking. This is the second time we did a stay and fly and both times the parking was messed up causing us to deal with it when we were on vacation. The parking is very expensive and poorly organized. We will not stay here again.
