The room i was assigned had sticky floors, obviously a pet room. The toilet felt like it was going to fall over and the seat was loose. Could never figure out how to get the shower to work. Sitting on the end of the bed it seemed it lifted the head of the bed off the floor. Our previous stay was actually really go8d, with carpet and nothing felt like it was ignored. This time, last room available is making me rethink of ever staying there again.

Dirty, mold behind bed, other people’s trash left in the room, walls dirty, floor so sticky and dirty. The only thing that was clean were the sheets. Other family that I am with looked the same except the sheets were dirty. Looked like someone tried to clean vomit off the wall in the restroom. Open ceiling in one room. Only reason we stayed it was one night not even 24 hour stay.
Bed had hair on it sheet appeared dingy and not freshly washed.

Breakfast not very good. Bed made weird noises when you sat on it
Pillows were old and lumpy. Matteress average. Faux woods floors were nice to look at, but very oily and filthy. Carpets in hallways faded and a lot of bleach stains and splatter. Several areas were the carpet had lifted, creating folds that are a potential trip hazard. Morning clerk a wonderful personality that made up for the stay. Eccellent host. Hotel under renovations.
The breakfast was not what it advertised.

The floor in my room was so slippery I almost fell walking in. I believe the cleaning fluid used to clean the floor was the culprit. The only mirror in the room had NO lighting...bulb was out, so it was pretty impossible to put on makeup in the room. Hairs in the tub...YUCH!!!
