Shower hardware lacking in reasonable functionality ~ Housekeeping crew inability to engage guests due to non-English speaking barrier ~ "Breakfast" service is lacking in all respects, limited and unappealing ~ Demeanor and dress of desk clerk at 9pm check-in unacceptable ~ No nametag, no greeting, seemed oblivious.

The people working here are great. Breakfast is ready at 5 and so was the ride to the airport.
Convenient safe place to stay when flying out of Jackson. The transportation and parking was the deciding factor for me
They do charge a $25 pet fee per pet per night so be aware of that! I didn’t expect the breakfast to be as minimal as it was but I do deserve what I pay for in a hotel. We left our stuff in the back of the truck and nothing got stolen so we felt safe. Once I called to let them know about late check-in, they were very accommodating. If you have pets, you’ll probably be put at the top of the floor. I don’t mind as long as the elevator works *haha*. The only thing “off” was the heavy cigarette smoke smell in the hallways and elevator but once you’re in your room, it smells fantastic.
