"It was okay but because of being charged twice it was upsetting once we got home and realized the mi"

We did not have breakfast there. If it was included we were not made aware of that. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The taps in our room were reversed so at first we thought we had no hot water. Then we got charged again for the room even though we had already paid through booking.com and we showed the desk clerk the receipt. That was refunded eventually but very stressful in the meantime
