The guy at the front desk was rude instead of accommodating my stay because as soon as I discovered the bugs I let them know he didn’t let me get a different room he said there wasn’t any rooms available as I watched other people walk in and get rooms he then told us we couldn’t stay there to turn in the key and gave me my deposit but didn’t give the money back he said he refunded the room and never did we don’t have no where else to go and had to stay in our vehicle until the morning I showed him videos of the bugs and pictures

There was bugs in the room I didn’t get my money back nothing was done very rude and very disrespectful

Great value for the money. Room was pretty large and they have a coffee shop downstairs and vending machines which is all nice. Great location as well with lots of choices close by for food.

A bit noise and front desk staff wasn't very attentive. They were too busy talking to each other and friends walking through the lobby. The hotel itself could use a little updating. But for this price, good amenities.
