While the property was clean, there are several important points future guests should be aware of. There is no advance notice that the motel is alcohol-free, which may be a consideration for some travellers. The listing states that rooms are serviced daily; however, in practice only towels are replaced, and the number provided decreases over the stay. Beds are not made, rubbish is not removed, and no general cleaning is done, so this does not align with expectations of a serviced room or apartment. The pool is only available for limited hours each day, and visitors are not permitted on the property. Overall, the environment felt very tightly controlled and not particularly conducive to a relaxed holiday experience. Given the cost, the amenities and level of service felt limited, with many extras incurring additional charges.

Great location; lovely and tidy grounds; cabin accommodation clean and comfortable.

The accommodation was perfect for why we were in papamoa and we stayed for two nights. Everything to 'like' in this regard!

This holiday park was amazing for the kids we all had so much fun lots for the kids to do, nice to have the hot tub there aswell and nice and close to everything and the beach a few hundred metres away.

Access, location motel room had everything we needed

Washing machine close to motel rooms broken down the whole week we were there, there was others near communal area

the bunk mattresses were thin and uncomfortable.. Not all just 1 in particular
