"Safe, clean, quiet, and close to concert venue."

The staff were very accommodating and beyond friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet.

The pool was a bit cold and breakfast was a little lacking.

Location. For the most part it was quiet. Not much road noise.

Big stain in carpet. Asked for a room that would require minimal walking due to limited mobility. Room was the furthest from the elevator. Hallway and elevator were HOT! Ramp going into building is busted. Difficult to get walker and suitcase up it.
