1- we reserved a king room and were given 2 double beds 2 - they moved us to a second room - key wouldn’t work for that room 3- 3rd room had a chair and ottoman that was ripped , badly stained and filthy all over that made you question everything to the point you didn’t want to take your shoes off or sit your things down on anything 4- toilet wasn’t bolted to floor if you sat down or got up too quickly it moved 5- eggs and bacon served were barely edible - odd texture and appearance - sliced bread for toast was already hard and your fruit options were 2 bruised apples
