The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The pool was nasty and had so much chlorine in it. I was sick for 2 days after. We tried to stay another night due to personal issues and their computer system messed up. Took our money but did not register so we are waiting for our money to come back. They told us Monday and now they're saying it'll take 3 to 5 days. We talked to multiple people and nobody was of any help except one lady who was kind and tried to help us the best she could. She is the only good thing I have to say about this hotel. I wish I remembered what her name was.

The TV did not work in one of the rooms and was a smaller TV. No microwave in the other room.

The breakfast was not there. The lady who does breakfast showed up hours late. The staff had no answer where she was nor even had a number to contact her. The staff called the hotel’s manager who did not answer or call back. It was a huge inconvenience and cost us to try and find breakfast open that we had to pay for. Everything else was great!
USWe had the best stay in room 319, super clean and comfy. Staff was so kind even with our late arrival and we were so happy with our stay. Jacuzzi was clean, bed was amazingly perfect, we couldn't have had a better experience! Thanks again, Amanda Arthur
USRhonda was absolutely amazing. So polite and courteous and very accommodating. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Extremely affordable. Will definitely stay here again. Didn’t have breakfast yet but I am sure it will be delicious.
The only negative is the King size bed. It was lumpy and not comfortable. Ramada definitely needs to upgrade their beds. I would suggest The Purple Mattress.
