"Overall Nice Place"

We were in a 2 bedroom suite and the room was clean, big and nice. The staff were friendly. We had to wait until 4:00 for our room (3:00 check in time) and while a newly renovated room - lacked furniture to all sit in the living room together so that was disappointing. There are food places close and free breakfast but think they are missing the boat not having dinner/drinks on site. We did walk to a close place. Pool closes at dark and that was also disappointing. The staff though are friendly and helpful and were able to scan something for me. Nice hotel but need to make rooms more inviting with more furniture. we uberee to beach - no shuttle (was only $12) A/C was loud. (in moving room didn’t hear it in bedrooms) All in all a nice stay but can’t give 5 and 4.5 wasn’t an option.

We had a very nice stay at the Residence Inn Naples and left especially impressed by the leadership on property. We were initially assigned a room in the older, dated section of the hotel which was disappointing given our Bonvoy Titanium Elite status. When we brought this to the attention of the General Manager, Jeffery Arman, he immediately made things right by relocating us to a room in the upgraded part of the property. His responsiveness and professionalism really stood out. What made the biggest impression, though, was how present and engaged Jeffery was throughout the stay, particularly during breakfast service. He was visible, attentive and interacting with guests. That level of hands-on management is rare and speaks volumes about the care taken to ensure a great guest experience. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service, and we would happily return.

No estaba mal pero se podría mejorar el colchón del sofá cama (muuuyy finito).
