Pas de prise pour la cafetière

The location is perfect, close to bus transportation, Uber access, BIXI bike stations, and a Maxi supermarket. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, and parks within walking distance, making it very convenient to get around and explore the area.

The staff was courteous, but we felt that the overall customer service experience could have been warmer and more attentive. Due to a family emergency, we needed to shorten our stay and asked whether any flexibility, such as a partial refund or alternative arrangement, might be possible. We were informed that our request would be reviewed and that someone would follow up with us, but unfortunately, we did not receive any further communication. We understand that hotel policies must be respected and that exceptions are not always possible. However, during a challenging personal situation, we would have appreciated clearer communication and a more proactive follow-up regarding our request. A little more empathy and engagement would have made a meaningful difference to our overall experience.

Ambiance (lumières colorées)

Deux poubelles dans la salle de bain (vidange / recyclage) mais c'est comme si c'était un seul sac donc finalement tout se ramasse ensemble ?

Je n'ai pas reçu de petit déjeuner, malgré j'ai voulu prendre quelque chose à mon réveil. Je pense qu'il est le seul manquement au niveau de mon séjour, hors de cela, tout m'a été satisfait

L'intérieur de la chambre était super propre et cette chambre est une occasion favorable pour n'importe quelle personne qui voudrait une agréable nuit
