"Exceptional"

In 10 years of going to Vikings games, this was the best hotel I stayed in. It was super clean, had a lot of space, all the things you need in a hotel room, and it was very quiet at night. I'm thankful I got to stay there this time and would do it again for sure. :D

By mistake I went to the nearby residence by Marriott wrong address, and the reception is there was absolutely no help in trying to contact this particular hotel. I would’ve thought the Marriott would’ve been better in their communication between their facilities than that.

It was our first time at a residence Marriott and we enjoyed the vibes. Our room was clean and decorated beautifully. The lobby and lounge area was cozy. I would stay again. And I will look for a residence inn by Marriott in other places when booking. Only negative was in the 3 days we were there, the trash in elevator lobby by parking hadn’t been emptied. Literally overflowing.

"lovely, great location"

friendly staff, very nice room and bathroom. was very clean and smelled nice. the show door creaked like it was possessed by the devil and a bunch of water got outside the door on the floor but it was fine. bed was comfy. breakfast was good.

Huge room with full kitchen and living room! Great area to enjoy downtown MPLS! After 4pm $10 parking in lot across from hotel! Definitely will stay again!

"Great place to stay"

It was a mini apartment. Very clean and comfortable. I also felt very safe there (downtown Minneapolis can be a little sketch) as keycard was required to enter lobby and to use elevator. Amazing place to stay!

The staff was great and knowledgable. Problem with the fan in the bathroom (noisy) and the TV did not work in the main area. Front desk explained me the "reboot" scenario, which didnt work. I explained both issues to the front desk agent upon departure
